  • GRAVITY--like the name implies, this system uses gravity to pull waste matter through the septic tank and into the drainfield.
  • PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION--simultaneously distributes effluent through the drainfield by means of a pump.
  • SAND FILTER--when soil is sparse, this is an effective means of channeling sewage using a pump and sand filtering system.
  • SAND MOUND --raises the drainfield above ground level to compensate for lack of soil.
  • AEROBIC TREATMENT UNIT--oxygen to break down waste is the key component with this system
