Bruce Kincaid, Sole Proprietor -

Nearly four decades ago, Bruce Kincaid began a career in the construction industry that evolved throughout the years into the passion he now enjoys as a thriving business owner.

Having started out as a General and Residential Contractor, the recession of the 80s forced Kincaid to reassess his vocation, which led to his career in excavation.

Born and raised in Portland, OR, Kincaid attended Portland State College, now known as Portland State Unviersity, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Still today, he enjoys staying apprised of industry trends through continual education.

Kincaid now resides in Bear Prairie out of Washougal, Washington, proudly serving residential and commercial clients in Clark and Skamania Counties.

Among his five-member crew stands Fernando Juarez, a loyal employee since the early nineties. Juarez mans the dump truck, handles much of the plumbing tasks, and over the years has become a valued right-hand man to Kincaid. Each member of the team has a unique set of skills that contributes to the overall success of our projects.
